Fair Billing

 If and when we come out to your home or office for an onsite service call, you will only be charged for the time the technician is actually there. We do require a one hour minimum service call but that is the only restriction. If your problem is solved within the hour, you are entitled to use the technician's time for the remainder of the hour, tuning your system, tutoring you on proper care of the machine or the use of software."

 15 Minute Increment Billing

 If your work requires more than our one hour minimum, we will first give you an estimate for that additional time. That estimate will be the most you will pay and it may even be less since we charge in 15 minute increments. As an example, if we work for 90 minutes, you will pay for 90 minutes, not rounded up to 2 hours. The only time the estimate would be exceeded is if we discover something new about your computer that needs attention and was not previously reported. If this happens, all work will stop for your consultation and permission to proceed. In other words, you are in control of the cost at all times.
